The Multi Cells, like The Cells which were created just prior to the Multi Cells, are basically born in a digital device. They are meant to be viewed on a digital display, although they can also be viewed as a print.

  • The process of creating the Multi Cells is grounded in repetition, and reorganization. It is also grounded in recapturing, reorienting and combining images. The result is a language of space which extends known space into a shiny, glossy, brightly colored vocabulary of mostly angular shapes and shape relationships which are new and maybe difficult to code for our limited human vision, but the images ultimately become familiar to us, while we visit them again and again, within the language of their own world.
