The Car Wash Series is a translation of a predictable mechanical process, which involves motion, into still images. This series is the first one which was developed within a digital device; and each abstract series thereafter, builds on the concept of interpretation.
Water, light and color accompanied by the swish and whoosh of giant cloth streamers wagging side to side, is the starting point for making this group of digital images, which lean comfortably into abstraction.
